- Assist in developing project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
- Support coordination with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
- Help track progress and manage documentation using project management tools.
- Support senior team members in coordinating tasks and monitoring team performance.
- Participate in team meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Assist with communication with clients, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide updates on project status and assist in managing client expectations.
- Help ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in web and graphic design.
- Assist in testing and reviewing deliverables before client handover.
- Identify potential risks with guidance from senior team members and assist in developing strategies to address them.
- Support in handling project issues and conflicts.
- Help monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions and manage expenses.
- Provide basic financial updates and assist with reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans and progress reports.
- Assist in generating reports for stakeholders and management.
- Support the evaluation of project outcomes and processes for improvement opportunities.
- Assist in implementing best practices and innovative approaches.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in web design or graphic design projects.
- Basic understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and graphic design tools (e., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Familiarity with project management software (e., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
