About the Role
This role supports a senior property analyst who works with veterinary and healthcare clients searching for suitable commercial sites for new or expanded clinics. You’ll manage the research backbone of the process — gathering data, validating it, maintaining clean datasets, and preparing polished reports for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Project Setup
Review initial client briefs and ensure all requirements are captured.
Assist in setting up client profiles and project folders.
Data Collection & Processing
Run all searches from various databases based on client criteria.
Combine, clean, and organise datasets from multiple sources.
Conduct weekly data refreshes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Carry out additional manual research where required.
Check datasets for duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete entries.
Validate all new properties before they are added to the master list.
Update spreadsheets with unique entries and maintain tracking logs.
Reporting & Presentation
Generate client-facing reports that summarise property findings.
Format, design, and present reports in Canva to a professional standard.
Assist with any additional property research needed to complete reports.
General Support
Liaise with real estate agents to confirm details and request further information.
Perform administrative tasks that support the senior analyst’s workflow.
Adapt to additional duties as the role evolves.
Skills & Experience
Strong accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
Comfortable managing multiple data sources and identifying inconsistencies.
Solid spreadsheet capability (Excel).
Good communication skills, especially when dealing with agents and stakeholders.
Able to learn new platforms such as RPData, Arealytics, and Canva.
Prior experience in property research, commercial real estate, or analytical admin is an advantage but not required.

You will be located in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. No offshore applicants please.

Salary
Note the salary quoted includes superannuation.
