Job Description
As a Fresher/Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our research team and work on innovative solutions to image processing problems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement image filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, object detection, and image compression algorithms.
Optimize algorithms for performance, speed, and accuracy.
Work with the team to integrate image processing algorithms into software applications.
Document research findings and algorithm developments to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of image processing algorithms, including image filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, object detection, and image compression.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
Familiarity with image processing libraries like OpenCV or Pillow.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms for image processing, such as CNNs, SVMs, and decision trees.
Knowledge of software development, including coding standards, version control, and testing.
Experience with parallel computing and GPU programming.
