• 3-5 years of experience in software testing projects
• Proficient in creating test plans and documenting test cases
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect management tools
• Experience with Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
