About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and help us create stunning, high-quality videos that stand out in the competitive real estate market. If you’re a skilled editor with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in Final Cut Pro, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Edit Stunning Visuals: Turn raw footage into polished, compelling real estate videos that showcase properties in their best light.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with photographers, videographers, and clients to bring the creative vision to life.
Enhance Storytelling: Use creative techniques like transitions, color grading, and sound design to elevate video quality and engage audiences.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure videos meet company standards and brand guidelines for style, pacing, and quality.
Stay Innovative: Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and implement fresh ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing real estate work or similar projects.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in_ Final Cut Pro are mandatory_. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a strong plus.
Equipment Requirements (For Hybrid Work): Applicants must have a suitable Mac editing setup at home, with:
At least 1TB of available SSD storage
32GB RAM or higher
M1 Pro or better processor
Fibre Internet (500 mbs upload & 500 mbs download) Speeds
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to editing, ensuring every frame is polished.
Test Assessment: Final candidates will be required to complete a test editing sample as part of the interview process.
Software Skills: Familiarity with additional tools like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or CapCut is a plus but not required.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to find solutions for complex editing tasks and tight deadlines.
