Job Description
The Junior Recruiter sources, screens, recruits, screens and hires candidates for administrative positions throughout the firm. The Junior Recruiter schedules and conducts the drives for walk in, campus, referral and social media mass hiring. Also, schedule the interviews at different levels and assist the other recruiters. The Junior Recruiter also assists the other recruiters in offer preparation and onboarding. The Junior Recruiter will guide administrative candidates through all stages of the recruiting process including background checks, assessments, interviews and reference checking. The position includes a high-level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of Human Resources.
