About the Internship:
We are looking for an experienced sales account executive to be responsible for maintaining client accounts within the sales department. The sales account executive's responsibilities include liaising between the sales team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied, and understanding the goals of the clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Secure new logos and increase revenue in existing logos
2. Create a focused and targeted logo acquisition strategy
3. Expand Pentation use cases in existing and newly won accounts to maximize impact for customers
4. Establish essential customer relationships
5. Develop a deep and detailed understanding of the customer's business
6. Identify all important data use cases and buying centers in an opportunity, to increase the impact of Pentation in an organization
7. Leverage the complete Pentation team in any customer engagement
8. Keep the CRM updated regarding any opportunity
