We are a boutique talent management agency that collaborates closely with both established and emerging content creators. Our team is small and tightly knit, with all staff working remotely. About you
We’re seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and creative individual who thrives in social situations and can easily connect with diverse people. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, independent thinker who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to present innovative ideas.
Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts is crucial. Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys engaging with social media and is passionate about the potential of this rapidly growing industry.
The ideal candidate will bring a lively and vibrant energy to our team, inspiring our clients to create captivating and shareable content. While prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred, we’re open to training the right applicant from scratch.
About the role
Manually posting pre-prepared short form video content across client social media platforms
Managing and posting on multiple instagram and Tiktok accounts
Identifying trends and preparing video concepts for content creators
Assist with planning content shoots
Coordinate with our team to make sure strategy aligns with client goals
Keeping an eye on performance metrics and suggesting content optimisation
