Job Description
We are looking for a creative, proactive, passionate, and committed PHP developer to expand our professional, dynamic and experienced team worldwide. If hired, as a PHP developer, you have immense growth opportunities based on your passion and contribution, and the possibility to work for the Novalnet group of companies worldwide (India, Germany, UK, USA and Ukraine). Roles and responsibilities would be:
Design, develop and code various web applications to ensure projects are implemented on schedule. Maintain existing web applications on various sites and update content as required.
Must have a thorough understanding of the most current industry technology, tools and trends in web technology
Work efficiently on multiple projects under tight deadlines
Monitor site performance to identify and modify areas that require improvement
Design, analyze and implement change request to ensure that the needs of the company are implemented on schedule.
Skills and Experience
Experience in developing web applications using PHP 5
Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts
Knowledge about the MVC architecture and frameworks Zend, CakePHP.
Knowledge in e-commerce shop systems like Magento, Virtuemart, ubercart, Oscommerce,
Zencart,etc.
Knowledge in CMS frameworks like Joomla, Drupal, resourcespace.
Knowledge of JavaScript and libraries like JQuery.
Knowledge of AJAX along with JSON.
Knowledge of MySQL 5 database in terms of designing database, writing queries.
Knowledge of optimizing techniques.
Comfortable in HTML/XHTML, CSS
Key Skills
PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, Any CMS & MVC Frameworks, E-commerce.
