What you'll be doing
Responding to technical requests and incidents, keeping things running smoothly and within SLA
Delivering enhancements and fixing bugs to improve user experience
Troubleshooting technical issues with an engineering mindset
Collaborating in agile ceremonies like standups, retrospectives, and product demos
Supporting deployments and contributing to modernisation projects
What you’ll bring
Experience working within a software team (1 year+)
Enthusiasm to learn, solve problems and ability to take direction from your senior team members
Self-reliance and ability to work independently or as part of a team
SQL, .NET, C# and C++ programming language experience
AWS experience highly desirable
An interest in Cloud services development and RESTful APIs
Experience with scripting
Familiarity with technical solutions and commercial models within tech
A knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines and entertainment industries advantageous
