Job Responsibilities for Junior Software Engineer - ERP Consultant at Proso.ai
Proso.ai is seeking ambitious and self-driven individuals to build their careers as ERP Consultants. You will receive training on Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365 Cloud , PeopleSoft or any other technology as suitable to project needs. You will work with the enterprise solutions, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
• Participate in training sessions to master Oracle Cloud, Dynamics 365 Cloud, PeopleSoft or any other ERP systems, technology based on your skill set.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements.
2. Client Engagement:
• Assist senior consultants in understanding client requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Attend client meetings to gather and document business processes and requirements.
3. Implementation Support:
• Support the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs.
• Help develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Participate in system testing, including creating test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and resolve system issues with the technical team.
Qualifications:
• Must demonstrate strong academic records
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in ERP consulting.
