Software Engineer (1-3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal software applications
Regularly update and manage company and group websites
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new features
Identify, debug, and resolve software issues
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality through testing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1–3 years of hands-on software development experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript
Experience with modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js)
Familiarity with database systems and writing SQL queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
