The Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Solution Architect to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to sales teams, customers and prospects. This includes pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical demonstrations. The role requires excellent knowledge of the company's products and services as well as an understanding of customer requirements.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Provide technical support to sales teams during pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate technical product capabilities to potential customers along with the sales team and answer any questions they have.
• Assist with post-sale activities such as training customers on the use of our products and enabling integration.
• Respond to customer inquiries with technical information about products/services being offered.
• Have a clear understanding of the complete architecture of existing products in order to enable swift solutions with the customer.
• Be up to date with changes from the technical team and enable a bridge between them and the customer.
• Reduce the integration time with the client and actively engage in resolving user queries.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role or related field involving customer interfacing and architecting.
• Experience in the banking space on the technical side such as information security and banking digital infrastructure, etc.
• Competent to present in front of customers.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Any geospatial experience or qualification will be an added advantage.
