The Junior Sommelier role:
We are looking for a Junior Sommelier who possesses an affinity for guest service and passion for wine! This position requires an applicant with a high level of wine and food knowledge. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
The ideal Junior Sommelier will have:
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a related position
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Wine and food knowledge and passion
• Qualifications such as Sommeliers (CMS) and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET)
