Our aim has been to create a relaxed and welcoming restaurant, without pretence or fuss, serving fresh, seasonal, quality Italian food to the highest standard, with some ingredients grown onsite in our kitchen garden.. . We’re seeking a talented junior Sous Chef to join our team with experience in fine Italian food (no pizza on the menu). What we’re looking for: is passion for cooking with a desire to develop your knowledge and culinary skills further. Ability to lead & teach a team where consistently great food is the focus. Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude. Hard working and reliable with an excellent work ethic. Team player who loves to help and offer support to your teammates. Always strives for excellence and consistency. . . Has a minimum of 1 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a similar establishment. Can demonstrate knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures. Experience working with fresh ingredients is essential. Good communication skills.. . Benefits:. Flexible rota.
