• Our Wild Carrot Restaurant named for the elegant, white, wild flower that defines the fields of Dogmersfield Park, Wild Carrot incorporates seasonal, natural, locally sourced ingredients from Hampshire markets and farther afield.
• Join a diverse and talented Kitchen team as Junior Sous Chef at our Hampshire Countryside Hotel

• The ideal Junior Sous Chef candidate:
• Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an individual whose hands-on leaderships style will motivate and drive a team keen for knowledge and growth.
• Previous experience with both banqueting and restaurant service preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens are key.
• Seeking individuals who enjoy sharing their knowledge, and are also keen to develop their own skills, and grow towards Sous chef role.
