Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior System Administrator, located in Pune City. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and upgrading systems, and ensuring network security. They will collaborate with other team members to support daily IT operations, perform system backups, and assist with user support requests. Additionally, the role involves documenting system processes and implementing improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
• Experience 0-1 Years (Freshers shall apply)
• Proficiency in system administration tasks such as system monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Servers understanding and troubleshooting
• Experience with network security, backup procedures, and system upgrades.
• Understanding of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Any relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications, will be considered a plus.
