Job description: Are you a detail-oriented wordsmith with a knack for making complex information easy to understand? Do you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical writing, especially in UI/UX contexts? If so, we want you to join our team as a Junior Technical Writer! In this role, you'll collaborate with our talented designers, developers, and product managers to create engaging and user-friendly documentation for our cutting-edge software products. What You'll Do: Craft Clear Content: Develop and maintain user guides, help content, newsletters, and instructional materials that make our products a breeze to use. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and translate them into concise and effective UI text, including tooltips, error messages, and on-screen instructions. Ensure Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone, style, and terminology across all user-facing content, contributing to a seamless user experience. User-Centered Writing: Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve documentation based on real user feedback. Contribute to Style Guides: Assist in the creation and maintenance of our UI/UX writing style guide, ensuring our content is always top-notch. What We're Looking For: Experience: 6 months to 1 year of technical writing experience, with a focus on UI/UX writing preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technical writing tools and content management systems.
