• Job Description
Communicate Effectively with team and Management.
Produce High-quality documentation required for Software development life cycle.
Determine the requirements of the user.
Write, review, edit & validate documents.
Determine the needs of end users.
Produce high quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience.
Write easy to understand User Interface text, FAQs, Standard Operating Procedures, Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Presentations and so on.
Maintain documents and its version as per new releases.
• Qualification
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Diploma and Certification in Computer Science.
• Skills
Ability to deliver High-quality documentation of software development life Cycle.
Excellent Written & Verbal Skills in English.
Working Knowledge of MS-SQL/MY-SQL or databases.
Working Knowledge of MS Office.
Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Qualification
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Diploma in Technical Writing will be added advantage
