Key Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system
Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your communication skills and product knowledge
Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to help improve our services
