Junior to Mid Level Graphic Designer + Ux Ui Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior to Intermediate Level Designer who is proficient in graphic design and UI/UX design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client needs into creative solutions.

You will work on a variety of projects, from wireframes and prototypes to micro-animations and print-ready files, while collaborating with clients and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions.

• Create wireframes, UI designs, and micro-animations that align with project goals.

• Coordinate and initiate QC sessions with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Articulate and present design concepts clearly to clients and team members.

• Demonstrate strong design thinking and decision-making skills.

• Apply graphic design principles to create visually appealing and functional designs.

• Prepare print-ready files and ensure they meet industry standards.

• Create basic illustrations to enhance design projects.

• Map user journeys and craft interactive Figma prototypes.

• Research and implement creative solutions to design challenges independently.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (especially using Auto Layout effectively).

• BASIC AI tools.

• MICROSOFT PowerPoint, including editing charts and tables.

• Moderately good understanding of UI/UX and graphic design principles and best practices.

• * Ability to create wireframes and prototypes that align with user needs.

• Strong communication and client coordination skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail - small errors in spacing and alignments should drive you crazy.

• Excellent spoken and written English.
