Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative UI Designer who has a background in graphic design and video production. If you are interested in growing your skills in designing intuitive user interfaces while also creating engaging marketing visuals and videos, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities :
• UI Design : Design and deliver clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile.
• Experience with responsive design and ensuring designs work across devices.
• Graphics Design : Create high-quality visuals for digital platforms (e.g., websites, social media) and marketing materials (e.
g., brochures, presentations, banners).
Video Production : Design and produce video content for product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, and social media.
This includes editing and motion graphics creation.
• Visual Identity & Branding : Maintain and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and print assets.
• Marketing Collateral : Design and produce brochures, presentations, and other sales or marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages and support the company's business objectives.
• Prototyping : Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Content Creation : Develop visually compelling content for marketing campaigns, social media, email newsletters, and event materials.
• Optimization : Ensure that all visual and video assets are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and user experience across different devices and platforms.
Qualifications :
• 3 years of experience in UI design, graphic design, and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Sketch for UI / UX design and prototyping.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics creation, especially for marketing and social media.
• Understanding of UX principles, layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in creating marketing collateral, graphics, and video content for both print and digital media.
• Knowledge of brand management and the ability to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in UI / UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

• Ranging form 8 LPA - 12 LPA depending on skill and experience.
