Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating US-based technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of US hiring processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform resume screening, phone screening, and evaluate candidates for various US IT roles
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and follow-ups
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate interviews, schedule discussions, and manage communication between candidates and clients
• Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and internal recruitment standards
• Build and maintain a productive pipeline of qualified candidates
• Support recruitment operations during PST time zone
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US Visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and time zones
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good team player with a collaborative attitude
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
