About the role
As a UX Design Intern, you will work in a product squad under the guidance of a senior designer. You will get exposure to various aspects of product design and learn to work with other teams product, engineering, designers and build successful products.
What will you do?
• Learn the design stack being used in the design team. Become proficient in using the Adobe product suite and Figma.
• Work with product managers and senior designers to learn the design process.
• Research for the projects allocated to you and come up with ideas and solutions.
• Work on assigned projects and create wireframes, mocks, and other artifacts.
• Develop a deeper understanding of Angaras users and their behavior patterns.
• Look at the data and try to draw insights from it.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch your ideas to the team.
Key Skills
• A clear sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over-complication.
• An aptitude and honed intuition for tasteful, visual design details.
• Basic level understanding of user research methodologies.
• Creating a consistent multi-device experience and must have the platform-level understanding to leverage native features.
Qualifications
• Bachelor''s or Masters degree in UX Design/Human Factors/ HCI/ Cognitive Science/ Psychology/CS
• Working knowledge of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
