About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Video Editor who is both technically skilled and creatively driven, with at least 1 year of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. In this role, you’ll support the video production process from start to finish—editing engaging videos, creating compelling visual assets, and collaborating with our creative team to bring concepts to life across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
Design and modify visual assets using Adobe Photoshop for use in videos or social content
Organize and manage media files, project folders, and version control
Add sound, music, voiceovers, transitions, and basic motion graphics where needed
Resize and format videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver projects on time
Take feedback constructively and revise edits as needed
Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Minimum 1 year of experience using Adobe Photoshop for graphic and visual design
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both video and design work
Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and content formatting
Familiarity with different video and image file types, resolutions, and compression standards
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with short-form video content for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Knowledge of basic color grading and audio mixing
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Canva
Interest in branding, marketing, or digital storytelling
