The Attention Co. is a brand-new, India-first media studio that turns founders, creators, and change-makers into must-watch personal brands. We’re launching a long-form video podcast that digs deep into the minds of high performers. Our small team is growing fast, and this Video Editor role is the first creative hire on the content side.
The Role
You’ll slice, dice, and polish our raw podcast footage into punchy short-form clips and scroll-stopping promos that travel across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Your edits will shape how thousands discover the show every week.
What You’ll Get to Do
• Edit reels, shorts, interviews, and simple long-form content
• Set up timelines, organise raw footage, and keep projects neat
• Add clean cuts, subtitles, transitions, and basic sound fixes
• Learn professional workflows directly from senior editors
• Experiment with new styles, ideas, and creative formats
• Be part of a fast, fun, high-output content team
Who We’re Looking For
• Someone who already knows Adobe Premiere Pro (even beginner level is fine)
• A quick learner who loves feedback and iteration
• A curious mind that wants to grow fast
• Someone who enjoys YouTube, podcasts, and creative storytelling
• Attention to detail and basic editing intuition

• If you know basic colour correction or audio cleanup
