We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor who understands short-form content inside out. You’ll be cutting down long-form masterclasses into punchy, scroll-stopping snippets for reels, shorts, and social. If you’re quick with the timeline and sharper with your instincts, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
1–2 years editing experience (internship/freelance/project-based work counts)
Strong understanding of short-form storytelling, rhythm, and trends
Fast, focused, and able to hit tight deadlines without supervision
Confidence working on multiple edits at once
A solid grasp of what keeps people watching
