Job Title: Junior Video Editor & Content Creator

Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Video Editor & Creator to join our in-house content team. This role is ideal for someone who loves visual storytelling, understands beauty aesthetics, and is eager to grow in a fast‑paced, trend‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit promotional videos, tutorials, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Apply transitions, effects, music, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
• Perform basic color grading and audio balancing to maintain brand quality.
Content Creation
• Assist in planning and storyboarding video content for campaigns, social media and in-store displays.
• Capture footage during shoots (product demos, client testimonials, influencer collaborations).
• Create short‑form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok aligned with beauty trends.
Brand Alignment
• Ensure all video content reflects Enrichs brand tone, aesthetics, and values.
• Collaborate with the design and social media teams to maintain visual consistency.
Trend Monitoring
• Stay updated with beauty industry trends, viral formats, and platform‑specific video styles.
• Suggest innovative ideas for content formats and storytelling.
Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in video editing or content creation (internships/freelance work acceptable).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
• Basic understanding of camera operations and lighting setups.
• Strong aesthetic sense, especially in beauty and lifestyle content.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work (beauty/lifestyle preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree/diploma in Media, Film, Communication, or related field.
• Familiarity with beauty and cosmetic industry content.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
