Job Description
We’re hiring a Junior Video Producer/Editor who lives and breathes content, trends, and storytelling.
Not looking for someone to “assist.” We want someone who’s proactive, hands-on, and hungry to make stuff that actually gets seen, shared, and clicked.
You’ll work inside our Growth team—scripting, cutting, animating, and optimizing videos for social media and performance marketing. From Reels to YouTube Shorts to ad creatives, your work will show up in high-stakes campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with a high-velocity team to concept, execute, and deliver video content that drives performance.
This role is perfect for someone who:
- Knows what’s trending before it hits Discover
- Thrives in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment
- Loves turning raw ideas into polished content that works hard
The Charter for This Role Includes:
- Edit and produce short-form, high-impact video content for ads and social
- Collaborate with growth, creative, and marketing teams to turn briefs into compelling visuals
- Stay plugged into Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube trends—bring fresh ideas to the table
- Use Premiere Pro, After Effects + AI tools (Runway, Pika, etc.) to deliver faster, better
- Adapt content for multiple platforms and performance objectives (engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Handle post-prod workflows: file management, media prep, delivery—all airtight
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in Premiere Pro + After Effects
- Portfolio that shows storytelling chops + content for ads or social
- Comfort working across multiple projects + tight timelines
- Hands-on experience using at least one AI video tool in production
- A strong pulse on content, culture, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Bonus: some understanding of how content impacts performance metrics
