As a Junior/Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that architectural designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with building codes and regulations.

You will employ your creativity, technical skills, and knowledge of construction principles to translate client needs into feasible and innovative architectural solutions.
• Conceptualization and Design:
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and constraints.
• Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans based on client briefs and site considerations.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and environmental considerations into architectural designs.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to integrate various aspects of the project.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that projects adhere to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Client Liaison:
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
• Present design proposals, renderings, and models to clients for review and approval.
• Incorporate client feedback and modifications into architectural designs as necessary.
• Construction Oversight:
• Collaborate with construction teams during the construction phase to address any design-related issues or modifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.
• Resolve any conflicts or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in the field of architecture.
• Research new design techniques, construction methods, and materials to enhance project outcomes.
• Integrate innovative and sustainable design solutions into architectural projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• State licensure or registration as a professional architect (preferred).
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
• Previous experience working in an architectural firm or similar environment (preferred).
