The District Literacy Educational Specialist will serve as the LEA ARI Contact, analyzing data and leading professional development to support schools in implementing the Alabama Literacy Act #201+-523. The specialist will also provide ongoing support for school-based reading specialists and collaborate with district administrators to create strategic plans for coaching.
