Job Responsibilities
Urgent vacancy for HR Talent Acquisition .
JD :
- Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Middle Level positions for BPO requirements.
- Screening prospective candidates through Telephonic Interviews.
- Taking interviews of candidates ,face to face..
- Conducting the initial rounds of the interview like the PIR, Written tests, Online tests etc.
- Coordinating the Personal interviews of the short listed Candidates with the Operations Team.
- Sourcing quality profiles from various job portals like naukri , monster and times.
- Ability to handle footfall on regular basis.
- Handling front line BPO hiring for various process (Outbound & Inbound) .
- Coordinating with training & operation hiring SPOC for further rounds
- Expectation setting with shortlisted candidates
- To maintain good number of Walk-in on consistent basis.
- Searching candidates from Job Portal through Mass mails, SMS Blast & line up the candidates
- Tie-Up with Institute, colleges...
