Role: Kafka Engineer
Initial Duration of Contract: 1+ year
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
No of Contractors required: 2
Years of Experience: 5+ yrs.
KAFKA Engineer JD
· Must have good working experience with Kafka.
· Knowledge on one of the cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
· Robust knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Architecture and Design Patterns Microservices Distributed Messaging and Integration
· Strong hands-on experience with Java Kafka OpenShift Spring boot Spring framework Rest Services ORM like Hibernate
· Must have hands on experience in Confluent Apache Kafka environment Kafka Cluster Apache Zookeeper Transform data into topics streaming processors in Kafka Confluent tools.
· Experience with streaming APIs a benefit and supporting large scale API versioning with backward compatibility.
· Proficient skills with tools used in software development lifecycle such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse JIRA GitHub Gradle Kubernetes Docker etc.
· Experience with DevOps practise CI CD and Observability tools.
· Solid understanding of and experience with relational and nonrelational databases such as Postgres SQL Server MongoDB
· Able to perform core development activities along with rest of the team.
