Coordinating hui, preparing agendas, and capturing accurate minutes
Supporting academic and delivery planning
Managing documentation for Contracted Kaiako

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Keeping processes tidy, timely, and aligned with best practice
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values manaakitanga, professionalism and collaboration.

Detail-focused, organised and great at multitasking
Warm and approachable, building strong relationships with ease
Committed to growing their Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga
