Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior BizTalk Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft BizTalk Server and extensive experience in developing, deploying, and managing BizTalk solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing complex integration solutions that align with our product strategy and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of BizTalk Server solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Integration Solutions: Architect and develop complex integration solutions that involve messaging, orchestration, pipelines, and transformations using BizTalk Server.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing BizTalk applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for BizTalk applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution design, integration processes, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of BizTalk solutions into broader software products.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in BizTalk development.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest BizTalk Server updates, tools, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to existing processes and Experience : 3+ years of experience in developing and managing BizTalk Server solutions.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016 and later versions).
• Experience with EDI, XML, XSLT, XSD, and Web Services (SOAP, REST).
• Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with BizTalk Administration, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in a product development environment.
