We’re seeking a dedicated Keepsake & Preparation Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the careful preparation of ashes, paw prints, and keepsakes that bring comfort to families during a difficult time. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference while working in a clean, structured environment with a team that values care, respect, and excellence.

?? Key Responsibilities

Prepare ashes into urns, boxes, and jewellery, and finalise keepsakes for return to clients
Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints with precision and care
Maintain cleanliness of facilities and manage pets respectfully for viewings and cremation

Compassionate and emotionally intelligent, with a love for animals
Comfortable handling deceased pets professionally and ethically
Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 25kg
Organised, adaptable, and confident using computers for administrative tasks
