Wandering Willows is seeking a dedicated Kennel and Cattery Attendant to join our compassionate team.
You will be required to work on a two-week alternating roster. Days are usually run on a split shift between 6.30am and 5:45pm.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Kennel and Cattery Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of the animals in our facility. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Providing food, exercise, and interaction for dogs and cats in our care
Grooming and administering medications
Cleaning kennels, cattery rooms and maintaining a hygienic environment
Customer Service
Performing administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, bookings, and payments
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in customer service will be viewed favourably
A passion for animal care and welfare, a drive to further your knowledge.
The ability to handle animals with patience and care, following force-free methods
A qualification or experience in an animal-related field will be viewed favourably.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing and movement.
