Looking for dynamic individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time work from office opportunity in Andheri West, Mumbai.
Role Description
As a Business Development Associate at Kermis Events, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building new client relationships, client pitching and deal finalisation. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Develop relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions that align with their objectives and budgets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (important skill)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (important skill)
- Experience of 1+ year in business development, sales, operations, strategy is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
