Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with PMT experience who can drive business growth, develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships within the pharma and healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue growth for medical communication and scientific engagement services
Leverage PMT experience to understand client needs and create tailored marketing solutions
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaign plans for pharma clients
Build and manage relationships with pharma companies, brand teams, and key stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, pitch presentations, and project execution
Support KOL engagement initiatives, webinars, and scientific meetings
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights
Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective account management
Key Skills
Strong understanding of pharma marketing / PMT (Product Management Team) functions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in medical communications, digital engagement, or scientific events is a plus
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach
