• Travel Agent and Key Accounts Relationship Management
• Online Business Management and Achievement of Budgets, KRA.
• To give end to end assistance to online/offline agents on the queries on a day to day basis and business conversion.
• Training new and existing travel agents on B2B online system, to make all the bookings Online
• Forecast business and identify gap areas and work with fellow colleagues in process implementation.
• Coordinating with destination/reservations team on confirmation, amendment and cancellation acknowledgement
• Managing escalations and emergency number.
• Managing agent WhatsApp communication and providing assistance.
• Agent Retention
• Periodic review of accounts, business.
