Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive / Customer Representative / Account Manager with a proven track record in managing B2B sales in foreign markets
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as the customer representative / account manager for important customers, managing their complete order cycle, pricing, payments, and shipments
• Coordinate with the production, sourcing, exports, and product development team in order to resolve any concerns and inform the customers
• Proactively communicate with the customers and internal team to review performance and strategize business ideas
Qualifications:
• Min. education of 12th grade or bachelors degree
• 3 to 7 years relevant working experience in a similar profile
• Jewellery knowledge is essential
• Good spoken and written english; good skills in drafting emails and general articulation
• Positive, honest, and proactive attitude
Administrative Details:
• Compensation offered is between Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 60,000 per month
• Working hours are Monday through Friday with a 45-hour work week
• Work location is at SEEPZ Andheri (E) in Mumbai
• All infrastructure, training, and resources will be provided
