Description
As an Account Executive for Younion, you will be responsible for campaign coordination across it’s portfolio of data, design, digital and event assets, working across a client base of national and international brands. In this diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Account Manager and work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders across the business. Our Account Executives are organised, driven and able to work independently to deliver outstanding results and best in market service to our clients.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients
Oversee effective and accurate optimizations and delivery of campaigns
Prepare client proposals & present reports on clients’ progress
Be sensitive to the current market trends by observing regularly and performing competitor analysis in a bid to stay ahead
Provide regular reports to clients and the team on the delivery of campaign/ project
Maintain a high level of organization, troubleshooting campaign and client challenges
Performing administrative project work
Other duties as reasonably required
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential experience and skills
Outstanding planning, organising and coordination skills
Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly
Excels at written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
An understanding of the Media/Advertising industry, its culture, work style, basic understanding of limitations, temperament to client relations and servicing in general
Flair for identifying growth opportunities and helping business scale
Confidence in presenting
Exposure to Technology B2B marketing (predominantly, with vendor organisations like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Intel, HPE, Dell, Vmware etc.).
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape or hard-core Data-led marketing services Individual experience and traits Positive attitude, ownership, commitment, alignment to the vision, intent and willingness to look at a long-term trajectory instead of short term goals/gains.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar subject.
3-5 years experience of having worked in an agency environment

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
