What you will be doing…
Lead Generation and Prospecting (Cold Calling/Outreach, social media, Networking, Events Etc).
Increase revenue by on-boarding B2B clients. Lead the complete cycle of new customer acquisition, onboarding and service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with clients, influence long-term strategic direction, and be a trusted solutions person.
Taking care of top escalation, ensure revert on every email of a client on time by the team.
Meeting client on a regular interval on performance, load increment, relationship building
Work closely with Operations and supply teams in order to fulfil clients' requirements.
