Responsibilities:

● To achieve volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the network under charge

● To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire zone

● Responsible for key account management (activation, POs, Supplies, & account wise target achievement)

● Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.

● Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans

● Analyse, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM

● Ensure effective new product introductions through effective RTM

● Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources

Qualifications
• PGDM from Tier 1 Institute with 2-3 years of experience working in FMCG sector
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
