• Expanding the relationship with existing customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill with aptitude in building relationships with professional of all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Resolve any issues and problem faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust.
• Escalating & resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Experience in sales providing solution based on customers.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
• Building & maintaining relationships with clients & key personnel with customer companies.
• Attending meeting with clients to build relationships with existing account.
• Candidate Should have knowledge of CRM software
• Candidate should have very good communication skills.
• Computer Savvy.
Salary Offerings: 3.5 Lacs
