Key Account Manager - Banking/BFSI vertical
Key Responsibilities : Account Manager will spearhead relationship and engagement with major reference-able clients who are transforming digitally, being the top Private Sector Bank in India with Market Capitalization or working with Banks or FinTech's who are creating world class experience in India making major investments and transforming the way Banking Business works.
Key Requirement:
- 5 years of relevant experience as an Account manager, or related title in the industry with overall experience of 8 Year in the Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of clientele and superior customer service skills
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals and to drive results
- Demonstrates accountability and commitment by making sound decisions
- Ability to guide, lead and influence leadership team and key stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. A great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships
