Position: Accounts Executive/Key Account Manager
Experience: 1-7 Years
CTC: Upto 20 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales targets through Sales Accepted Leads or Key Accounts
Pipeline management with Full Sales Cycle Ownership for Sales Accepted Leads from needs analysis, solution mapping, client presentations/demonstrations/workshops, proof of concepts, proposal development, negotiation and closure
Build and maintain C-Level relationships to nurture these Named Enterprise accounts on industry trends and innovative solutions for their key challenges
Researching, Planning and preparing presentations
Create compelling sales pitches
Effective Pricing discussions and Contract negotiations
Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage
Create Account Plans for Named Enterprise Accounts
Deep understanding of market needs, product offering & use cases we solve
Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping product with continuous constructive feedback
Identifying new prospects and problem statements
Communicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients
Skills Required:
Background in SAAS sales
Sharp business acumen and target oriented
Problem-solving aptitude. Proficient in PowerPoint / Excel is a must
Effective presentations and public speaking skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Should be open to travel frequently
Strong achiever in a target-driven role
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record of working in Enterprise sales with primary interaction with CXOs for 3-5 years, preferably selling Enterprise SaaS Solutions to International Customers
Proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in any other SEA language is a bonus
Logistics/Supply Chain/FMCG/Retail/CEP industry experience is a plus
