Key Account Manager

CR Plus is Sydney’s largest producer and supplier of recycled quarry materials and a leader in waste haulage solutions. As we expand our Cart & Dispose service, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who specialises in contaminated soil disposal, handling hazardous, restricted, and regulated wastes for demolition, civil, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage & grow a portfolio of clients across demolition, civil, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Provide expert advice on contaminated soil classifications, disposal pathways, and compliance.

Work closely with EPA-licensed facilities and transport partners to coordinate disposal.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new business and maximise revenue.

Keep up to date with environmental regulations, disposal guidelines, and industry trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in contaminated soil disposal and waste management.

✔ Strong understanding of EPA guidelines, waste classification, and tipping regulations.

✔ Established relationships within demolition, civil, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

✔ Sales and account management skills with a track record of winning and managing major accounts.

✔ Ability to navigate technical, environmental, and compliance requirements.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
