We are looking for a Senior Sales Role driving business in alignment with the business goals. For this role, you will work closely with dealer relationship manager to identify challenges faced by dealer in the market to improve their productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance from dealers and ensure they have the support and steering to achieve their MoM & YoY goals.
What You Will Be Doing
• Identify important dealers within existing network and onboard new big dealers and create plan around developing a sustainable and profitable business relationship with the select dealers
• Dealer incentives - planning, communicating and finalizing lists of winners
• Training / Ongoing education materials for dealers
• Root cause analysis of dealer complaints & escalations
• The Role empowers incumbent for solving local challenges through faster decision making
• Achieves sales operational objectives by recommending strategic action points in the market, Customer centricity standards; resolving problems
• Maintains and expands customer base by counselling cars team; taking inputs from competition, building and maintaining rapport with dealers & identifying new customer opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Good analytical skills paired with understanding of business
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proven work experience of 4 -6 years into front line Core Sales profile, preferably from an automobile background
• Analytical ability, Negotiation and closing a deal.
• Planning , organizing, training and team building.
• Setting up new markets and leadership
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
