Salary Up to- 4 Lacs

We are looking to hire an E-Commerce Executive (B2C) with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of problem-solving skills. Expect to have meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing business, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

Operational knowledge is required of Ecommerce websites like Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Tatacliq, Myntra, etc.

Listing and uploading of the products on various online platforms.

Responsible for creating product listings, discount updating, Inventory update, SPF Claims, and performing hygiene checks on various websites.

Conducting regular content audit of the website.

Monitoring competition strategies daily such as products, consumer offers (discounts, bank offers, coupons) and so on.

Operational challenges and resolution of the same i.e Logistics, IT, Warehousing, etc.

Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor Brands.

Conducting catalogue auditing and sales analysis.

Excel knowledge (Basic).

Warehousing, Inventory, Return & RTO, Payment & SPF management.

Qualifications

Good team management skills.

Expert knowledge of Excel.

2-5 years of work experience as an E-Commerce Executive.

Apparel Background is an added advantage.

Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Efficient time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Run targeted online ads to drive traffic and sales on marketplace platforms.
• Interact with marketplace POCs to discuss brand visibility and negotiate promotions and deals to increase sales
